📁 Qualifications:
• College graduate at any course
• Proficient in basic report preparation and correspondence writing
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite)
• Can operate office equipment (e.g., printer, photocopier)
• Can coordinate and collaborate with others

📌 Requirements:

• Letter of intent addressed to the School Principal
• Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (PDS) (CS Form No. 212), Revised 2025 and Work Experience Sheet (if applicable)
• Photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility/ Report of Rating, if applicable
• Photocopy of Scholastic Records (TOR) and Diploma, including completion of graduates, and post graduate units/degree, if available
• Photocopy of Certificate/s of Training, (if applicable)
• Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service or duly signed Service Record, (whichever is/are applicable)
• Photocopy of the latest appointment (if applicable)

📌Key Duties and Responsibilities:
