Pursuant to 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗻𝗼. 𝟭𝟯𝟭 issued by the Office of the President directing government offices to implement alternative work arrangements while agencies/offices involved in delivering essential and vital services shall continue their operations.

Furthermore, face-to-face classes in public and private schools are hereby suspended on 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆) enjoining all affected schools to adopt appropriate 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 to ensure continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety of learners, teaching personnel, and non-teaching personnel.

Likewise, an 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 shall be implemented in the city government. Offices involved in the delivery of basic and health services, as well as disaster preparedness and response, such as the 𝗖𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢, 𝗖𝗛𝗢, 𝗖𝗦𝗪𝗗𝗢, 𝗖𝗚𝗦𝗢, 𝗖𝗘𝗢, 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗢, shall continue their operations. Other vital offices, including but not limited to the 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆, 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, shall adopt a 𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 to ensure the continuous delivery of essential government services. Meanwhile, 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺-𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, whenever feasible, to ensure the continuity of government operations while keeping personnel safe.

This week's High School Chapel Service invited our CECans to look beyond simply knowing God's Word and instead put it into action.

Inspired by Luke 10:37, students were reminded that compassion is more than a feeling. It is choosing to help, to care, to listen, and to extend kindness even when no one is watching.

As we go through our daily lives, may we carry this simple yet powerful reminder with us:
See a need. Show compassion. Take action. Go and do likewise. 🙏
