Today, the Libas National High School family gathered for a heartfelt Send-Off Program honoring Mrs. Mary Joy E. Alba, as she begins a new chapter in her career.

Libas National High School Successfully Conducts Mass Induction Program, PTA Meeting, and Distribution of Report Cards

Libas National High School successfully conducted its Mass Induction Program, PTA Meeting, and Distribution of Report Cards on September 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Libas National High School Covered Court.

The program formally welcomed and inducted the SPTA officers, Faculty Club officers, HPTA officers, SSLG officers, different club officers, and homeroom class officers, with distinguished guests and school stakeholders joining the event.

The activity also featured meaningful messages from Hon. Vici M. Ventanilla, Board Member of the 3rd District of Pangasinan, Hon. Rolando “Kuya Nick” D. Cano, City Councilor of San Carlos City, and Hon. Joel M. Paronable, Barangay Chairperson of Libas, San Carlos City. Their presence and messages highlighted the importance of strong collaboration among the school, parents, community, and other stakeholders in supporting learners.

The event followed by the PTA Meeting and Distribution of Report Cards, fostering stronger communication and partnership between the school and families.

Libas National High School warmly invites all parents and guardians to attend the Mass Induction Program, PTA Meeting, and Distribution of Report Cards today, September 18, 2026 (Friday), at 1:00 PM at the Libas NHS Covered Court.

Your presence and active participation are highly valued as we begin another meaningful school year through strengthened collaboration among the school, parents, and community. From Learning to Application!

Day 2 of the In-Service Training (INSET) 2026 continued with an engaging Open Forum and Workshop, providing participants with an opportunity to clarify concepts, exchange insights, and collaboratively apply their learning on yesterday’s sessions on Developing Valid and Reliable Classroom Assessment Tools and Table of Specifications (TOS) and Enhancing Teaching and Learning through AI-Assisted Assessment.

Through meaningful discussions and hands-on workshop activities, our teachers strengthened their skills in developing valid, relevant, and higher-order assessment questions that promote deeper thinking and learner achievement.

Libas National High School officially commenced Day 1 of the In-Service Training (INSET) 2026 this September 10, 2026, bringing together our dedicated teaching personnel for a meaningful day of professional learning, collaboration, and capacity building.

The day’s learning sessions were facilitated by the learning facilitators:

Session 1: Developing Valid and Reliable Classroom Assessment Tools and Table of Specifications (TOS); and
