Bishop Gerry, your life reflects a faith lived with compassion, courage, and a sincere concern for others. Your steadfast commitment to justice, peace, human dignity, and the care of our common home inspires us to become more attentive to the voices and needs of those often overlooked.

Today, we prayerfully remember Mother Cecilia Rosa Talangpaz, Servant of God and humble co-foundress of the Beaterio de San Sebastian de Calumpang, now known as the Congregation of the Augustinian Recollect Sisters.

Her unwavering faith, deep trust in Divine Providence, and lifelong dedication to prayer, service, and the education of young women continue to inspire generations. May her example encourage us to live with humility, courage, and a heart fully devoted to God.
