We remember Hon. Eugenio Pérez, the first Speaker of the House of Representatives after World War II, and one of Pangasinan’s most esteemed leaders whose vision and leadership continue to inspire generations.

By virtue of Republic Act No. 6721, November 13 of every year is declared a special public holiday in the Province of Pangasinan — a day to commemorate his remarkable service and lasting contributions to the Filipino people.

An order suspending classes in ALL LEVELS in public and private schools within the territorial jurisdiction of San Carlos City due to inclement weather condition caused by the forecasted heavy rainfall outlook due to heightened Southwest Monsoon or "Habagat" strengthened by Tropical Cyclone "Opong".

The suspension of classes includes any extra-curricular activities involving students and cancellation of classes in all learning modalities.
