HOW TO APPLY? scholarship.com.ph/ched-tertiary-education-subsidy
Each school may have its own deadline, requirements, and submission process, so make sure to check your schoolโs official announcements or ask the scholarship or student affairs office.
TES provides financial assistance to qualified priority students taking their first undergraduate degree.

Day 3 of accreditation | Grateful Beyond Words
The final day of our accreditation journey was filled with heartfelt moments, reflection, and gratitude. What began as an evaluation became a meaningful experience of connection, learning, and appreciation for the people behind Binalatongan Community College.
We are deeply and sincerely grateful to ALCUCOA, under the leadership of Dr. Raymund Arcega, and to the Accreditation Team headed by the Supervising Accreditor, Atty. Gloria Victoria Banas.
You did not simply do your jobโyou did it with so much heart. Thank you for being not only highly professional, but also deeply compassionate. Your approach created an atmosphere where we felt heard, valued, and encouraged to continue improving.
The closing of the accreditation was filled with emotion as our accreditors witnessed the genuine passion, dedication, and heart of the BCC community โ a community that has spent 20 years Boundlessly Committed to Change and Transform Our People.
For us, accreditation is more than compliance, documents, and evaluation. It is a reminder that quality is a commitment, excellence is a culture, and continuous improvement should always be a way of life.
As we close this chapter, we carry with us not only the lessons and recommendations shared by our accreditors, but also the inspiration to become better, stronger, and more committed to our mission.
Thank you, ALCUCOA Accreditation Team, for being part of BCC's journey.
Your visit may have ended, but the inspiration you left will continue to live in every BCCian.
20 Years. Boundlessly Committed to Change and Transform Our People.

Day 2 of Accreditation | Despite the Storm, BCC Remains Standing Strong
Despite the challenging weather conditions, Binalatongan Community College remained steadfast in its commitment to quality assurance as it successfully carried out the Day 2 activities of its Institutional Accreditation.
The day began with the Site Tour for the Community Extension Programs. The Accreditation Team visited Project PUNLA, the flagship extension program of the BEED Department located at the Day Care Center in Brgy. Ano, where BEED third-year students actively assist and gain meaningful real-world teaching experiences while serving the community.
The team also visited the BSIT Extension Program in partnership with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), which provides Information Technology education and skills training to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs). This initiative reflects BCC's belief that there is hope behind bars and that education knows no boundaries, empowering individuals through lifelong learning and second chances.
The accreditation activities continued with a Campus Tour, where the accreditors visited the newly constructed BCC Building, the temporary classrooms, and the learning facilities at the Old Magic Campus to assess the institution's physical resources and learning environment.
Despite the inclement weather, the accreditation proceeded as scheduled. The Stakeholders' Conference and Students' Conference were successfully conducted through an online platform, while the Faculty and Non-Teaching Personnel Conference were held face-to-face, demonstrating the resilience, flexibility, and dedication of the entire BCC community.
Through every challenge, BCC continues to stand firm in its pursuit of academic excellence, quality education, and continuous institutional improvement.
