Sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika, ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ng IT Department ang kanilang talento, pagkamalikhain, at husay sa iba’t ibang gawain—mula sa makabuluhang galaw ng Contemporary Dance, makukulay na obra sa Poster Making, hanggang sa makapangyarihang mga salita sa Pagsulat ng Sanaysay. 💃🎨✍️

Sa bawat galaw, kulay, at salita, buhay na buhay ang pagmamahal sa ating wika at kultura. 🇵🇭❤️ At sa larangan ng pagsulat, isang malaking pagbati kay Cheska Golez, ang Kampeon sa Pagsulat ng Sanaysay! 🏆👏

Isang taos-pusong pagbati rin sa lahat ng kalahok na buong tapang na ipinakita ang kanilang talento at husay. IT Department, patuloy nating ipagmalaki at pagyamanin ang wikang Filipino! 🌺✨

His story reminds us that change is possible, that we can always return to God, and that it is never too late to turn our hearts to Him and choose a better path.

“Smart Foundation (Pangandoy sa Pag-Eskwela Foundation, Inc.): Development and Evaluation of an Integrated Web-Based Information Management Platform for Scholarship, Attendance, and Financial Management of San Carlos City.”

This study presented the development of Smart Foundation, an integrated web-based information management platform designed to enhance the administration of scholarship programs through efficient management of scholar records, attendance monitoring, financial transactions, requirements processing, and organizational reporting.

Employing a research-and-development design, the study utilized the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach supported by requirements analysis, iterative prototyping, three-tier architecture, relational database design, and role-based access control. The developed platform incorporated various modules including applicant and scholar management, digital requirements, scholarship status monitoring, RFID-assisted attendance tracking, community service records, donor and expense management, allowance releases, reports, notifications, and activity logs.

The findings revealed that Smart Foundation provides a centralized and organized information-management foundation that supports scholarship operations and improves the management of academic, attendance, and financial records. The study highlighted the importance of continuous system enhancement through user acceptance testing, security strengthening, privacy governance, backup validation, and improved financial approval controls to ensure effective implementation.

Based on the findings, the study recommends further system refinement and institutional adoption of digital solutions to strengthen nonprofit operations, improve transparency, and promote technology-driven management practices for scholarship organizations.

We are truly grateful for providing them with a meaningful training ground where they were able to experience the real world of work, apply their knowledge and skills, develop professionalism, and learn valuable lessons beyond the classroom. Their successful completion of 486 hours of On-the-Job Training is a significant milestone in their journey toward becoming competent and responsible IT professionals. 💻👏

𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Yesterday, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐒𝐈𝐓 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐑𝐢𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. gathered for its Annual Recollection, a meaningful day dedicated to prayer, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

Guided by 𝐑𝐞𝐯. 𝐅𝐫. 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐎AR, we reflected on the Decalogue of Prayer according to 𝐒𝐭. 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞, reminding us that prayer is not merely a routine but a heartfelt conversation with God. We were encouraged to pray with faith, humility, gratitude, perseverance, and complete trust in God’s divine will.

Throughout the recollection, students participated in the 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫, 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧), 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬. These moments allowed everyone to 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞, 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐆𝐨𝐝’𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐢𝐦.

More than an annual tradition, this recollection reminded every Ritarian that education is not only about gaining knowledge but also about deepening one’s faith, strengthening one’s character, and living a life rooted in prayer. As we continue our journey, may we carry with us the 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞.
