CONGRATULATIONS IN ADVANCE & BEST OF LUCK!

To our beloved SSC Adviser, Direk Alvin Pamintuan
we are incredibly proud of you!

Out of 44 municipalities and cities across the Province of Pangasinan, you have achieved one of the highest scores in the Documentary Requirements and Video Presentation. This remarkable achievement reflects your dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to youth leadership and community service.

As you represent San Carlos City at the provincial level, you carry with you the pride of our city and the name of Binalatongan Community College.

As the Gawad Julian 2025 – Most Outstanding Youth of San Carlos City, you have already proven that true excellence goes beyond awards—it is found in service, leadership, humility, and the positive impact you create in the lives of others.

Now, bring the pride of Binalatongan Community College to the provincial stage!

We believe in you. We are cheering for you.

Best of luck, Sir Alvin! Continue to lead, inspire, and serve with a humble heart.
