Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Learning continues wherever our learners are. Following the continued implementation of HINAY (Ease-In Learning Continuity), Central I Elementary School continues to provide learning opportunities through Online and Modular Learning today, August 18, 2026. This initiative allows our learners to continue their studies while prioritizing their safety and well-being.

Our Batang Central 1 are encouraged to accomplish their assigned learning activities and modules, participate actively in online learning sessions when applicable, and communicate with their teachers whenever they need assistance. Every activity completed and every lesson learned is a meaningful step toward achieving their goals.

We sincerely appreciate our dedicated teachers who continue to prepare lessons, learning materials, and meaningful activities while patiently guiding and monitoring our learners. Your commitment and passion demonstrate that education continues beyond the classroom.

In compliance with the suspension of face-to-face classes in all levels in both public and private schools in the City of San Carlos, Pangasinan, Central I Elementary School will implement HINAY (Ease-In Learning Continuity) through Online and Modular Distance Learning on August 18, 2026 (Monday). This measure ensures that our learners can continue their education while remaining safe at home.

Even without face-to-face classes, learning continues. Our Batang Central 1 are encouraged to accomplish the learning activities and modules prepared by their teachers, participate in online learning activities when applicable, and stay connected with their teachers for guidance and support. Let us continue learning with patience, responsibility, and determination.
