On September 24, 2026, at exactly 2:00 PM, Central 1 Elementary School took part in the Third Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), with teachers, learners, and school personnel actively participating in the activity.

Through the Duck, Cover, and Hold technique, our Centralians practiced the essential steps to take during an earthquake. More than a drill, this activity serves as a valuable reminder that preparedness, awareness, and quick response can help protect lives when emergencies occur.

At Central 1 Elementary School, we continue to build a culture of safety, readiness, and resilience. Together, we learn to respond, protect one another, and stay prepared.

Central 1 Elementary School conducted the ARAL Program Orientation Conference with Parents and Guardians today, September 23, 2026, to strengthen understanding, cooperation, and shared commitment toward supporting learners through the ARAL Program.

The orientation provided parents and guardians with important information about the program, its goals, implementation, and their vital role in guiding and supporting their children’s learning journey.

Through strong school-home partnership, we continue to create meaningful opportunities for every learner to learn, grow, and achieve. Together, let us make every learning opportunity count.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮 | 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗕𝗙𝗣 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀

Central 1 Elementary School continues to support the implementation of the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP) as the serving of nutritious hot meals reaches its second feeding day on September 22–23, 2026.

The program provides healthy and nourishing meals to identified learner-beneficiaries, helping promote proper nutrition and supporting their overall health and well-being.

To monitor the effective implementation of the program, the School Health and Nutrition Unit medical team, led by Medical Officer III Dr. Urbano M. Benitez, Jr., visited schools across the Division of San Carlos City, including those in far-flung areas and the city proper.

Through the collective efforts of school heads, teachers, health personnel, meal delivery teams, and other stakeholders, SBFP continues to strengthen the commitment to providing learners with the nourishment they need to learn, grow, and thrive.

The delivery of hot meals will continue until December 2026.
