HAPAG sa CASA series 1 features Paris based Chef Victor Magsaysay, a Zambales native. He creates a franco-filipino a degustacion menu from Farm-to-Table

Hapag sa Casa San Miguel is a project initiated by Casa San Miguel Foundation to recognize locally grown produce of Zambales. It is a commitment in serving quality food which is prepared with art and passion using local ingredients. The entire experience is a venue for continuing education on the benefits of healthy eating, sustainable farming, being organic, and the project's impact to invidual and to the surrounding community.
