Warmest congratulations to Dr. Noelito E. Noe of Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. on the successful publication of the research entitled “Empowered Leadership and Engaged Schools: Examining the Relationship Between Self-Efficacy and Leadership Engagement.”

This study investigated the relationship between self-efficacy and leadership engagement among public school heads in the Schools Division Office of Nueva Ecija. Findings revealed that school heads generally perceive high self-efficacy in managing daily operations, while teachers often rate the heads’ leadership abilities even more positively. The study highlights that enhancing self-efficacy is closely linked to improved leadership engagement, contributing to effective school management, stakeholder collaboration, and professional development initiatives. Recommendations include targeted professional development, self-reflection practices, and fostering supportive organizational cultures to strengthen school leadership and educational effectiveness.

Dr. Noelito E. Noe serves as Professor at Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. and as Principal IV at the Schools Division Office of Nueva Ecija. His work focuses on leadership development, school effectiveness, and professional growth in educational administration.

Published in the International Journal of Education, Research, and Innovation Perspectives (IJERIP), Vol. 2 No. 6 (2026), this research provides actionable insights for school heads, administrators, and policymakers seeking to enhance self-efficacy and engagement within educational leadership roles.

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 014, s. 2026, which highlights learner safety, emergency preparedness, and the continuity of education during disasters and emergencies, Juan Basangan National High School actively participated in the 2nd National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on June 18, 2026 (Thursday), at 9:00 AM.

This activity reinforces our commitment to building a culture of safety and preparedness among learners, teachers, and school personnel.
