PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

4th Grand Alumni Homecoming 2023
April 23, 2023

PART I
1. Thanksgiving Mass and Parade - 6:30-8:00 A.M.
2. Batch Simple Presentation and Kamustahan - 8:00-9:00 A.M.
3. Coronation Rites of Mutya ng Alumni - 9:00-11:00 A.M.

PART II
Social Night - 7:00 P.M. onwards

Reminder:
1. During the mass, all batches are encouraged to offer either of the following:
-fruits
-altar bread
-grocery
-wine
-etc
Also, white envelopes will be distributed.

2. The assembly area of the parade will be outside the church right after the mass. The route will start at Ilaya, Centro and finally at school.

3. For the Coronation Rites, please prepare your own snacks or even lunch.

Announcement! ☺️

Please be informed of our deadline of the REGISTRATION FEE (P2,000.00) for the Grand Alumni Homecoming which will be on April 21, 2023. You may send it via GCash with this number, 09637776098 (Levy Brides) or you can directly see her.

In addition, the inclusions for the registration fee are as follows:

1. Free 1 table and 10 chairs, for additional chair - 10.00 each.
2. Drinks maybe 1 bucket of San Mig Light (Apple) OR 1 bucket San Mig Light (non-flavored) (please select 1 ONLY)
3. Peanuts

Reminders:
1. Bringing drinks (liquor and soft drinks) inside the plaza are NOT ALLOWED.
2. Attire to be worn during the Social Night will be our ALUMNI UNIFORM.
3. All the candidates for the Mutya ng Alumni will be once again presented during the Social Night. No need to wear gowns, just the Alumni Uniform together with your sashes for the non-titles and for the title is sash, scepter, cape and crown.
3. We will operate a canteen inside the plaza which will be selling liquor, soft drinks, bottled water, kutkotin and the likes.
4. Batches who already gave their registration fee will be prioritized in choosing their table and chairs inside the venue. In short, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
