📌Photocopy of Latest Appointment (if applicable)
📌Photocopy of Performance Rating
📌Certified copy of rating obtained in the LET/ Board Examination
📌Certified copy of valid and updated PRC license
📌Certified copy of specialized trainings
📌Certified copy of Voter's ID
📌NBI Clearance

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

Early Registration for SY 2024-2025 was commenced yesterday, January 27, 2024 for incoming Kindergarten at Grade 1 in public schools and ends on February 24, 2024.

Inaanyayahan po ang mga magulang na may anak na papasok na sa Kindergarten at Grade 1 na ipatala ang ating mga anak sa ating paaralan. Dalhin lamang po ang Xerox Copy ng PSA/Live Birth ng ating mga anak. Salamat po.

- Kinder completer in DepEd accredited schools or Kinder pupils of this SY 2022-2023 in DepEd accredited schools.
