EARTHQUAKE DRILL

Today, at exactly 9:00 AM, Hamburger Elementary School successfully conducted an Earthquake Drill as part of its commitment to promoting disaster preparedness and ensuring the safety of all learners, teachers, and personnel.

The activity provided an opportunity for everyone to practice the proper response during an earthquake, following the "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure and the orderly evacuation to designated safe areas.

Through regular drills and preparedness activities, the school continues to strengthen its culture of safety and resilience.

Sa pagsaulog sa Araw ng Surigao del Sur karong Hunyo 19, 2026 (Biyernes), ug aron masiguro ang padayon nga pagkat-on sa mga estudyante, ang Hamburger Elementary School magpatuman sa alternative delivery mode pinaagi sa distance learning alang niining maong adlaw.

Ang mga estudyante hatagan og Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) nga naglangkob sa mga kompetensi ug mga buluhaton nga gitakda para sa leksyon sa Biyernes.

Giawhag ang mga ginikanan ug mga guardians sa pagtabang ug pagmonitor sa ilang mga anak aron makompleto ang mga gipahimutang nga kalihokan.

Mopadayon ang regular nga face-to-face nga klase sa Lunes, Hunyo 22, 2026.

Daghang salamat sa inyong padayon nga suporta ug kooperasyon aron masiguro nga ang pagkat-on sa atong mga kabataan magpadayon bisan gawas sa klasrum.

WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL LEARNERS!

Today, June 8, 2026 marks the official opening of School Year 2026–2027. We warmly welcomed our learners together with our supportive PTA Officers and followed by a flag raising ceremony and a simple opening program.

After the program, we conducted a short orientation to introduce the new DepEd Trimester Scheme and discuss important school updates for the year ahead.

During the orientation, an earthquake was felt in our area. This became an opportunity to remind our learners, parents, and stakeholders about the proper safety measures and disaster preparedness practices to follow during earthquakes, especially inside the classroom.

We thank all the parents, PTA officials, teachers, and learners for their presence and cooperation. Together, let us make this school year productive, safe, and successful for everyone.
