The Institute of Criminal Justice Education (ICJE) successfully held its January 2026 Faculty Meeting on January 12, 2026, from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. at the ICJE Faculty Room as part of its preparations for the opening of the Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.

The meeting was led by Ms. Shenai F. Juance, ICJE Program Chairperson, and was attended by ICJE faculty members to ensure academic readiness, institutional alignment, and effective implementation of academic policies for the upcoming semester.

Key agenda items included the presentation and discussion of the ICJE Calendar of Activities for AY 2025–2026, the preparation and approval of course syllabi, Table of Specifications (TOS), examination guidelines, and a review of the institute’s grading system. Faculty members were reminded to bring their syllabi to ensure compliance with academic standards.

Additional matters discussed were faculty designation, instructional materials, faculty requirements, extension and research initiatives, on-the-job training, and the student research process. Faculty members involved in research and extension were encouraged to present project proposals, particularly for the formation of working committees.

The meeting also provided a platform for faculty members to raise student-related concerns, offer feedback on the admission and enrollment processes, and address other operational matters relevant to the institute.

The ICJE administration emphasized that the meeting served as a venue for information dissemination and policy compliance, highlighting the importance of collaboration between faculty and students in strengthening academic delivery and institutional programs.

The ICJE community expressed optimism that the outcomes of the meeting will contribute to a productive and successful Second Semester of Academic Year 2025–2026.
