🏫 PPE INVENTORY UPDATE: PALACIAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ✅

In line with the District Physical Inventory Plan, the Inventory Team conducted a full physical count and verification of all Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) at Palacian Elementary School. 📋🔍

The team inspected and listed every asset found on-site, covering both items already recorded as well as unrecorded assets discovered during the activity. They checked existing records, clarified details with school personnel, and ensured full transparency throughout the process.

This activity helps reconcile school records, properly recognize unaccounted assets, and process correct disposition for missing or nonexisting items — all to ensure that all PPE account balances are accurate, reliable, and up-to-date! 📊

SPTA PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION – BIDDING NOTICE FOR SCHOOL FENCE LABOR CONTRACT

This is to announce that the bidding for the School Fence Labor Contract, as part of the SPTA Project Implementation, will be conducted on March 23, 2026 (Monday) at 8:00 AM.

Key Details:

1. Bidding Venue: Palacian Elementary School Office

2. Eligibility: All qualified contractors or labor groups and with proven experience in fence construction are invited to participate.

3. Pre-Bidding Conference: An orientation will be held on the same day to discuss project details, quality standards, and contract terms.
