Basahin ang mga paalala para sa pagpaparehistro:
📌 KINDER
- 5 years old ON or BEFORE October 31st
- Magdala ng photocopy ng PSA Birth certificate
*No PSA BC: Submit any of the ff._NSO BC/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration w/ Registry Number
📌 GRADE 1
- Kinder completer in DepEd accredited schools or Kinder pupils of this SY 2021-2022 in DepEd accredited schools
- Magdala po ng photocopy ng PSA Birth certificate
*No PSA BC: Submit any of the ff._NSO BC/Local Live Birth/Barangay Certification/Late Registration Form
Sa Early Registration, kumuha lamang po ng LESF (Learner Enrollment School Form) sa mga g**o. Siguraduhin lamang po na sumusunod tayo sa safety protocols na ipinapatupad sa ating paaralan.. Palagi pong magsuot ng face mask. Magdala rin po ng sariling ballpen.
