Having so many issues and problems that our world is currently facing, makes it a place full of bitterness. But YOU add up a bit of sweetness in it. The world is much more beautiful having you in it, because YOU MATTER.✨

Everyday is always a challenge for all of us, us being the warrior and fighting alone in a battlefield [mind] that no naked eyes can see. Each day we try our best to not take notice of the screams of our fears, doubts, traumas, and insecurities; We tend to carry the heaviness of our problems on our own shoulders. And it suffocates us, makes us suffer, feel tired and down. We forget to give ourselves a rest, and experience difficulties of finding the courage to live. Talking about the matter of mental health, it is still a taboo topic; The reason why it doesn’t get that much of an important talk. As a result, many individuals suffer in silence, afraid to reach out, having doubts in seeking help from others especially from professionals.🥰

Now, as September is the month for Su***de Prevention Month, we spread learnings and awareness about mental health, specifically about su***de preventions. We signal hope for those individuals who are weighing up the dimness of the world. Remember that you are not alone in your not-so-good journey. Know that there are people ready to widely open their ears for your rants and problems. The bravest thing you can do is to seek help. Reach out and we’ll lend open arms for you.🤗

Let’s treat people with extra kindness. We never know what they are going through‒ mostly, depression use smiles and laughter as a facade. So always check on your family and friends. Let us all aim to raise understanding and awareness. Together, we can END THE STIGMA and SAVE LIVES.🎗️💙🧡
