On January 10th, Sampaloc Elementary School-Main teachers successfully advocated for community tax funding from the local government unit to improve school-community relations and support educational programs, infrastructure upgrades, and resources.

𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

Principal Jaime L. Martinez Jr. convened a faculty meeting on January 9th to discuss upcoming school events, including Palarong Quezon (8 teachers, 26 students) and the talent festival.
The meeting also covered preparations for Early Registration for SY 2025-2026 and detailed plans for enrollment-boosting initiatives focused on community engagement: a child mapping activity, visits to Day Care Centers, a multi-platform information campaign, and informational sessions for prospective parents.
The meeting maintained a focused and efficient atmosphere, ensuring all key topics were addressed effectively. It also highlighted a warm welcome for Mrs. Elisa J. Mancenido as she embarks on her new role within the faculty.

The SES Main School disaster management team conducted a LAC session and workshop on enhancing the school disaster risk reduction contingency plan for 2024 last November 15.

The workshop aimed to enhance the school's existing plan, focusing on the most prevalent hazard—typhoons.
The team as well as Jaime L. Martinez Jr. engaged in discussions and brainstorming sessions to refine procedures for typhoon preparedness and response.

The session highlighted the importance of early warning systems, evacuation protocols, and communications strategies during a typhoon and updated the list of DRRM supplies.

On October 16, SES Main holds a successful deworming activity for its students, thanks to the initiative of Principal II Jaime L. Martinez Jr. and District Nurse Nipsirc John Ian E. Hari. The activity targeted learners with signed parental consent which aims to improve the overall health and well-being of the student body.

In reference to Division Memorandum No. 852, S. 2024, Sesmainians participate in 2024 Global Handwashing Day with the theme “𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭?"As part of raising awareness and understanding of handwashing with soap at critical times as a cost-effective way to prevent diseases and save lives today, October 15.
