Here are the ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS:

📌 KINDERGARTEN
- Child must be 5 years old on or before October 31, 2026
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form(BEEF)

✅ Extended Eligibility for Kindergarten - Exceptional Cases
A child who will turn 5 between November 1 to December 31, 2026 may be allowed if:
1. He/She has completed 1 year in the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Program at a recognized Child Development Center or Learning Center; or
2. Pass the Philippine ECD Checklist to be administered by Kindergarten teachers during the first week of school.

- ECCD / Kindergarten Progress Report Card
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)

📌 GRADES 2-6 - OLD STUDENTS
- Accomplished Confirmation Slip

📌 TRANSFEREES & BALIK-ARAL
- Original Report Card signed by the former school principal
- ECCD / Original Kindergarten Progress Report Card
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)

📌 ALS LEARNERS
- Report Card from last school year attended
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Accomplished Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF)
