Sa agipo sa adlaw nga nagkupkop sa kabuntagon, gipatindog ang karaang simbahan—gabay sa panaw, kasingkasing sa pueblo. Ang kahayag niini mianinag sama sa panalangin nga gipanunod sa kaliwatan.

Nag-awit ang tubig sa gilapdon sa atong pangandoy: Busay sa Aguinid, nga naghagdan ang kaputi sa mga batong apog, nag-agda sa tikang nga mauswagon ug mapainubsanon; Busay sa Dao, nga daw putling habol sa ulan, naglubad sa kainit ug kapoy sa adlaw; Binalayan, tulo ka hagdan sa pahiyom sa tubig, mikidlap sama’g mga sidsid sa saya sa hanging habagat.

Sa pikas bahin sa atong handumanan, ang Boluntaryo daw usa ka aninong matinahuron, nagbantay sa kabilin nga giuyonan sa pakigsuod; sa Museo de Samboan, nagkatigom ang mga tingog sa karaang mga hulagway, yanong mga yapak nga napuno pag-usab sa kahayag sa niining panahona. Pag-ambo sa Batingaw sa Campanario de Antigua ug ang Escala de Jacob, hagdan nga mosugba sa panganod, nagdasig sa tiil sa kabatan-onan nga mosaka, daw molingkod sa hangin—nag-ungaw ang kaugmaon.

Ang balod sa iyang kabaybayonan nagpahimutang sa ritmo sa atong dughan; ang babaye nga gipas-an sa alon nagdala sa kalinaw nga nagasuong sa pikas kamot, samtang ang mag-uuma naglambigit sa kinaiyahan nga sama sa pagdayeg nga nagkutaw sa iyang kayutaan.

Dinhi nag-abot ang dagat ug kabukiran, ang pulso sa katawhan, ug ang awit sa tubig usa ka panagtahi sa grasya sa kinaiyahan.

CLASS SUSPENSION ADVISORY
Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued by the Office of the President, classes in all levels, both public and private schools, are suspended on November 10 and 11 2025 due to the expected effects of Super Typhoon “Uwan.”

📍📌All coastal households are advised to exercise extreme caution and to prepare for possible strong winds, storm surges, and heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Tino.

Secure your homes, fishing boats, and other belongings, and evacuate immediately if advised by local authorities.
