MISSION STATEMENT
We are committed to:
1. Recruit, train, equip tomorrow’s missionary from Third World Churches and send them out.
2. Develop global mission leaders from the Third World Churches.
4. Mobilize Third World Churches for massive mission movements. CORE VALUES
1. Seeking God first and growing in His image and likeness. (Gen. 1: 26, Matt. 6:33, 2 Pet. 3:18, Eph. 3:18-19)
2. Providing opportunities for everyone to develop in their areas of calling in order to serve others effectively for all nations. (Rom. 12:4-5)

The Mission Motivators—School of Missions Philosophy
1. It is a Mentoring School. The mentoring system is employ to disciple a student, providing direct contact and consultancy. We provide not just classroom and academic knowledge, but also a variety of opportunities for growth and development in relevant ministry skills.
2. It is a Modular School. We use short but relevant with maximum course subjects. We employ teaching-learning principles, teaching by objective, and maximum student participation.
3. It is a Church School. The natural setting of the ministry training is the Church. It is not a seminary separate from the church but a component of the church; hence, the church and school are one.
4. It is a School for Church Planters. We aim to train those who will be able to start mission work and plant a church locally as well as in a foreign land.
5. It is a Trainer’s School. We train students with the view that they will train others also.
6. It is a Missions-Oriented School. Motivating students for missions and missionary work is a major and integral part of the training program.
7. It is a School of Prayer. Students will be trained to deepen their prayer life and will come to experience God through intimacy in prayer. The students will come to value the power of prayer until it becomes a lifestyle.
8. It is a Militant School. All students will be equipped with the anointing and the power of the Holy Spirit as an army of Christ in preparation of His second coming as King.
