𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟐 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 | 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟓–𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Days 2 and 3 of the Batch 2 Educational Tour and Industry Immersion provided the students with meaningful experiences that combined adventure, environmental awareness, and industry exposure. From exploring the attractions of 𝗗𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 to participating in insightful discussions facilitated by the 𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗥 𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢, students gained a deeper appreciation of sustainable tourism practices and environmental stewardship.

The learning experience continued through an inspiring seminar by 𝙈𝙨. 𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙯𝙖𝙣𝙤 from 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀, where students explored global career opportunities in the cruise industry and gained valuable insights into the realities of maritime tourism. The tour also featured an interactive chocolate-making session at 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗼𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, where students experienced the process of crafting their own chocolate products while enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of the resort grounds.

As the group concluded the tour and began their journey back to SICC, they carried with them not only memorable experiences, but also valuable learnings, strengthened camaraderie, and renewed inspiration for their future careers in the tourism industry.

Our journey continued with a truly immersive experience at the beautiful 𝗞𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁 in Kitaotao, Bukidnon. The day was packed with professional growth as our students participated in a diverse range of sessions, starting with an innovative plant-based cooking demonstration that highlighted sustainable culinary practices. This was followed by an in-depth Resort Operations Seminar and a specialized session on "The Kavanah Way," where students learned the core principles of high-quality service and guest relations.

In between these valuable learning opportunities, everyone took the time to explore the resort’s stunning landscape, enjoying the fresh mountain air and capturing memorable photos of the scenic views. It was an incredible day that perfectly balanced academic enrichment with the beauty of nature.

Our students kicked off their educational tour with an insightful visit to 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝟵𝟭𝟭. It was an eye-opening experience as they had a firsthand look at the operations and vital functions of one of the most advanced emergency response centers in the country.

From emergency medical services to urban search and rescue, our future professionals learned the value of coordination, quick thinking, and dedicated public service. A huge thank you to the Central 911 team for the warm welcome and for inspiring our students to appreciate the importance of safety and disaster preparedness!
