“Being a product of University of Mindanao Peñaplata College is both an honor and a privilege that I will always cherish. I can proudly say that UMPC has become one of the best parts of my student life. Before coming here, one of the struggles I faced was my lack of confidence, which prevented me from showing my full potential as a student. My senior high school journey began with the teachers reciting the school’s philosophy of education: “Transformative education through polishing diamonds from the rough.” Upon hearing those words, I realized that I was still in my “rough” state and that I had so much more to improve and discover within myself.

Through the guidance of my brilliant teachers, the support of my classmates, and the countless opportunities provided by the school, I gradually became more confident and capable. UMPC helped me grow not only academically, but also personally. It taught me to believe in myself, step out of my comfort zone, and strive to become the best version of who I am. And now, as I look back on my journey, I can proudly say that UMPC not only shaped my mind but also helped me discover the strength and brilliance within me.”
