Today marks the beginning of another exciting school year at Balet Elementary School. The opening program commenced with a flag-raising ceremony led by the dedicated teachers of Balet ES, warmly welcoming our learners, parents, and stakeholders.

While the ceremony was ongoing, an unexpected earthquake was experienced. Through the school's preparedness measures and the cooperation of everyone present, the situation was managed calmly and orderly. The safety and well-being of our learners, parents, and personnel remained our top priority.

School Principal Mr. Rodel Saug Tambalila immediately ensured that all safety protocols were followed and reassured everyone that the school is prepared to respond to emergencies. We are grateful that all learners, parents, and staff remained safe.

As we officially begin School Year 2026โ€“2027, may this year be filled with meaningful learning experiences, growth, resilience, and success for every learner.

The opening program of Brigada Eskwela 2026 was successfully held on June 1, 2026, at Balet Elementary School under the leadership of our School Head, Sir Rodel Tambalila.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our parents, stakeholders, and community partners for their unwavering support and commitment to making our school a safe, clean, and conducive place for learning.

A special thank you to Samal Agricultural Development of Alcantara Group for their generous donation and to all volunteers who dedicated their time, effort, and resources in cleaning and preparing our school for the opening of classes.

Today, May 9, 2026, our faculty participated in the Region XI (Davao Region) online orientation streamed through the DepEd Philippines YouTube channel.

The session focused on the Learning Systems Reform Policies, which aim to strengthen curriculum implementation, improve assessment practices, and enhance the management of learning resources. Through continuous learning and professional development, Balet Elementary School remains committed to providing quality education and meaningful learning experiences for every learner. โœจ
