FINAL CALL ❗

To all UM Peñaplata College CHED UniFAST TES and TDP Grantees for the Second Semester, SY 2024–2025:

You are hereby requested to proceed to the Student Accounting Office on August 20, 2026 between 9:00am-11:00am and 1:00pm-5:30pm for the General Payroll Signing.

Please bring the following requirements:
1.Two (2) photocopies (A4 size) of your validated School ID, bearing three (3) original signatures, contact number, email address (using a blue ballpen).
2. One (1) blue ballpen

Note: Failure to sign on the payroll document will result in the return of your CHED TDP grant to the CHEDRO XI Office and your subsequent removal from the master list.
