What an afternoon it has been! Our ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐ข ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ brought the UMPC community together through exciting matches of Volleyball, Basketball, and Badminton.

Every game reminded us that the true spirit of the game lies not only in winning but also in building friendships, encouraging one another, and simply enjoying every moment on the court.

To everyone who stepped onto the court, thank you for bringing your enthusiasm, teamwork, and sportsmanship to every match. You made this year's Mini Intramurals one to remember.

Connecting nutrition and nature isn't just a sloganโ€”it's a powerful reminder of our shared responsibility to care for both our bodies and the planet. โœจ

Under the theme "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan," the UMPeรฑaplata SHS Department celebrated a vibrant and educational Nutrition Month event on June 28, 2026! ๐ŸŒ

The morning was filled with energy, starting with intermission performances by ICONS and SpectrUM. Students actively participated in various competitions, including quiz bowl, poem and essay writing (Filipino & English), poster making, and role play, while a fun ML tournament kept everyone engaged. A standout feature was the colorful fruit and veggie display, thoughtfully critiqued by faculty teachers.

It was amazing to see everyone come together to champion health and the environmentโ€”proving that protecting nature is the key to nourishing our lives! ๐Ÿ’ช Let's keep nurturing our bodies and our planet!
