Lanawan Elementary School participated in the 1st Quarter 2026 Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held on March 12, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The drill served as an important preparedness activity for a possible major earthquake, commonly referred to as “The Big One.” It focused on practicing the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” technique and proper evacuation procedures to strengthen safety awareness and improve coordination during emergency situations.
