LEARN. INNOVATE. TRANSFORM
Victory Elementary School takes another meaningful step toward excellence as it successfully conducted its School-Based In-Service Training (INSET) on September 10–11, 2026! 🎓💡
With the theme, “Transforming Classroom Instruction and Data Management through HOTS-PLP, Strategic Learning Approaches and ECR Integration,” our dedicated teachers came together for two days of learning, sharing, collaboration, and professional growth. 🤝📖
The training focused on strengthening the use of HOTS-PLP, exploring strategic learning approaches, and gaining deeper familiarity with the new Electronic Class Record (ECR)—equipping our teachers with knowledge and practical strategies to make classroom instruction more meaningful and data management more efficient. 💻📝✨
Leading this worthwhile endeavor was our ever-supportive Principal II, Jovy B. Pabo, with Francis A. Bagano as our Speaker/Facilitator, whose expertise and guidance made the learning experience even more enriching and engaging. 👏🌟
Indeed, when teachers continue to learn, they become better equipped to inspire, empower, and transform the learning experiences of every child. ❤️👩‍🏫👨‍🏫
Here’s to teachers who never stop learning, growing, and transforming! 🌱📚
