Matarinao School of Fisheries successfully conducted the Induction Ceremony of the SPTA and Classroom Officers last July 31, 2026, held at the Barangay Matarinao Covered Court.

We warmly congratulate our SPTA Officers who will guide and support from home, and our Classroom Officers.

๐Ÿ“ข OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), in coordination with the School Head, Guidance Counselor, school security personnel, and Barangay Tanods, is committed to promoting a safe, secure, and disciplined learning environment for every learner.

Starting June 30, 2026, the following school policies will be strictly implemented:

โœ”๏ธ Bag Inspection
โœ”๏ธ Motorcycle Inspection
โœ”๏ธ No Cellphone Policy
โœ”๏ธ Motorcycle Key Surrender at the Guard House
โœ”๏ธ Mandatory Attendance during the Flag Ceremony
โœ”๏ธ No Black T-Shirts Allowed

These measures are implemented to strengthen campus safety, maintain discipline, and ensure that our school remains a secure and conducive place for learning.

We encourage everyone to cooperate and comply with these policies. Let us all do our part in creating a responsible, respectful, and safe school community! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

Today, the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), together with the School Head, Guidance Counselor and School Security Guards conducted a meeting to strengthen the safety and security measures for all learners of Matarinao School of Fisheries starting on ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿฌ, ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฒ.

To maintain a safe, disciplined, and conducive learning environment, the following measures were discussed and agreed upon:

โœ… Bag Inspection โ€“ All students' bags will be subject to inspection upon entering the school to ensure that no prohibited or dangerous items are brought onto campus.

โœ… Motorcycle Inspection โ€“ Motorcycles brought inside the school premises will be subject to inspection by the school security personnel as part of the school's safety and security protocols.

โœ… Cellphone Policy โ€“ Students are required to surrender their cellphones to their respective class advisers at the start of classes. The devices will be safely kept and returned at the end of the last class period.

โœ… Motorcycle Key Surrender โ€“ Students who bring motorcycles to school must surrender their motorcycle keys to the school security guards at the guard house upon arrival. The keys will be returned after classes.

โœ… Attendance During Flag Ceremony โ€“ Students are expected to be present during the Monday Flag Ceremony. Those who arrive after the flag ceremony has ended will not be allowed to attend their classes for the day, unless they have a valid reason approved by the school administration.

โœ… No Black T-Shirts Allowed โ€“ Students must wear the prescribed school uniform or other school-approved attire in accordance with the school's rules and regulations.

These measures are implemented to strengthen campus security, promote discipline, and ensure the safety and well-being of every learner. We ask for the cooperation and support of all students, parents, and stakeholders as we continue to build a safer and more secure Matarinao School of Fisheries.

Last June 19, 2026, the SSLG officially kicked off the Clean and Green School Program, and we're happy to see MASOFIANS taking part in making our school cleaner and greener! ๐Ÿ’š

This is just the beginning! We encourage all students to join us ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜† ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜† as we work together to keep our campus clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone.
