Today, Barangay Councilor Malvin Bongan from Barangay Central, Manay, Davao Oriental visited Bongan Taleon Tinggoy Elementary School to strengthen partnerships with parents and boost enrollment rates. He also discussed future plans by the Punong Barangay Kim Moralizon improving the water system in Purok 16 Butayan, which will greatly benefit the school, addressing its current water shortage issue. And financial assistance for the improvement of Bongan Taleon Tinggoy Elementary School.

Additionally, Vice Mayor Alfonso Lahora, represented by Ms. Thelma "Mayang" Lumando, demonstrated proper toothbrushing and handwashing techniques as part of his health advocacy. The Vice Mayor's office also donated school supplies to the students and initiated the feeding program, contributing to the school's betterment.

Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2024 sa Bongan Taleon Tinggoy Elementary School of Manay North District.

Ipinagdiriwang natin ang Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2024 mula Agosto 1-31, 2024 sa pangunguna ng Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino (KWF). Ang tema ngayong taon ay "FILIPINO: WIKANG MAPAGPALAYA," na naglalayong palakasin ang ating pagkakakilanlan at kamalayan sa ating wika at kasaysayan.

Sa Bongan Taleon Tinggoy Elementary School, nagsagawa kami ng integrasyon ng Filipino Sign Language (FSL) tungo sa Inklusibo sa Pambansang Kaunlaran noong Agosto 1-2, 2024. Sama-sama nating pahalagahan ang ating mga wika at kultura sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikilahok sa mga gawain ngayong buwan!
