Learning Action Cell (LAC) is a collaborative professional learning community where teachers work together to improve their teaching practices and enhance learners' learning outcomes. It provides teachers with opportunities to learn from one another, share effective practices, and continuously improve instruction. Through LAC sessions, educators become better equipped to address learners' needs and contribute to a culture of excellence in the school.
The LAC planning was initiated by Ma'am Fernilyn D. Tutoy, Master Teacher I, to present the upcoming LAC schedules and finalize the composition of participants for proper documentation and reporting. Coaching and mentoring on the E-IPCRF for S.Y. 2025–2026 were also conducted to finalize the Means of Verification (MOVs). The meeting was successfully concluded.📚📗🗂👩‍🏫

Conduct of NSED 2nd Quarter 2026

Gangal ES actively participated in the 2nd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill 2026 on June 18, 2026, in line witj tje DepEd's earthquake preparedness and risk reduction initiatives. The activity aimed to strenghten the school readyness and response in the event of an earthquake through the proper ex*****on of safety protocols and evacuation procedures.

Headed by Mrs. Juliet T Cruz the learners and teachers demonstrated the standard "Duck, Cover, and Hold" procedure, followed by an orderly evacuation procedure to the designated area.

The successful conduct of the activity reflects commitment to ensuring the safety and preparedness of its school community.

The activity was led by Mrs. Juliet T. Cruz, with the assistance of Master Teacher I, Ms. Fernilyn D. Tutoy, who provided technical assistance, coaching, and mentoring to fellow teachers.
