SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY!

APPLICATION FOR CHED SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS (CSPs) FOR AY 2021-2022

Interested INCOMING FIRST YEAR COLLEGE STUDENTS may submit CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs) applications through CHEDRO-III online portal https://chedro3.ched.gov.ph/chedro3stufap/. Application period is from 01 JULY to 15 AUGUST 2021.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. CITIZENSHIP: Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
2. ACADEMIC:
2.1. High School report card for incoming freshmen students
eligible for college; and
2.2. Duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st
semester of Grade 12 for graduating high school
students.
3. FINANCIAL: The student-applicants shall submit any of the following documents.
3.1. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents or guardian;
3.2. Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal
Revenue (BIR);
3.3. Certificate of Indigence either from their Barangay or
Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD);
3.4. Latest copy of contract or proof of income may be
considered for children of Overseas Filipino Workers
(OFW) and seafarers.
