Another meaningful day of learning and collaboration marked the third day of our Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session. ๐ก๐ฉโ๐ซ
The session began with each teacher sharing their expectations, goals, and aspirations for School Year 2026โ2027. This activity fostered reflection, strengthened our shared vision, and reaffirmed our commitment to providing quality education for every learner.โจ
A key highlight of the day was the Demo Teaching presentations conducted by Ustadha Jo for Arabic Language Grade 1 and Ms. Alai for Language Kindergarten. Both lessons effectively demonstrated the use of learner-centered and constructivist approaches, encouraging active participation, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences. Fellow teachers took on the role of students, creating an engaging environment for observation, feedback, and professional reflection.
The activity provided valuable opportunities to exchange insights, refine instructional practices, and learn from one anotherโs experiences in the classroom.
