Service workers are human beings first before they are employees. Respect is always a two-way street—hindi porke nagbabayad tayo bilang customer, may karapatan na tayong itrato silang mas mababa sa atin. Gaya ng sabi sa comments, karamihan sa kanila ay minimum wage earners na naghahanapbuhay nang marangal. Imagine the physical exhaustion, tapos dadagdagan pa ng stress mula sa mga bastos na customer? Like, who you para manigaw at magpahiya ng kapwa?

It’s inspiring to see a message that backs up employees like this. It sends a powerful reminder to the entire service industry: your dignity matters. Hindi kasama sa binabayaran ng customer ang pagkatao ng mga nagtatrabaho.

Sana maging paalala ito sa atin na magbaon palagi ng pasensya at kabutihan. Isang simpleng "thank you" o ngiti lang, malaking bawas na sa pagod nila. Let's make kindness the norm, hindi ’yung ugaling "customer is always right" kahit mali at nakakatapak na ng kapwa. Saludo sa lahat ng hardworking service crews natin! 🤍✨
