📣SPA Offerings: Creative Writing, Dance, Media Arts, Music, Theater Arts, and Visual Arts‼️

✅ REQUIREMENTS (to be submitted during screening/interview with parent/guardian):
* Report Card (original and photocopy)
* PSA Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
* Good Moral Certificate
* Certificate of Awards/Wins (if available)

✅QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* 85% or higher in Science, Math, and English
* 83% or higher in minor subjects
* General Average of 85 or above
* Good Moral Character
* Preferably in good health condition and fit to undergo a rigorous academic and artistic program
