INTRAMURALS 2026 โ€” DAY 1 ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ€

Day 1 of Intramurals 2026 was filled with energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship! As the games continued, our Senior Red Cross Youth Volunteers remained on standby and successfully assisted players who needed help, making sure their safety and well-being always came first. ๐Ÿฉบโค๏ธ

From the sidelines to the playing area, our volunteers showed that being an RCY volunteer means being ready to serve whenever and wherever help is needed.

The much-awaited Intramurals 2026 of Bato National High School officially opened today, August 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM, marking the beginning of an exciting celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, camaraderie, and school spirit! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ…

As the Senior Red Cross Youth, we were proud to be deployed on duty during the opening program. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉนโ›‘๏ธ Being part of the event means being ready to assist, respond, and serve whenever our fellow students, athletes, teachers, and guests may need us. This is more than just a dutyโ€”it is our commitment to serve and help keep everyone safe throughout the celebration.

The opening program was also filled with energy and excitement as students participated in the Mass Dance, โ€œSumasayaw ang Langit,โ€ bringing everyone together through music, movement, and unity. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ•บ๐Ÿ”ฅ

The Bato National High School Senior Red Cross Youth (SRCY) proudly provided medical assistance and health monitoring for the athletes of Bato National High School to help ensure their health, safety, and well-being during their athletic activities. ๐Ÿ…โค๏ธ

The activity focused on providing immediate assistance, monitoring the athletesโ€™ condition, and promoting proper health and safety practices throughout their participation. Through this initiative, our SRCY members were able to put their knowledge and skills into action while serving and supporting our fellow students. โ›‘๏ธ

This activity was led by our dedicated adviser, Lalaine Aceras, together with Jcloud Maquiran, Sarah Bato-on, Princess Leana Mercado, Roel Palacios, James Barruga, Stephen Jhon Tapanan, Elmie Villaester, RJ Marie Amion, Kaye Nadine Magno, Jay Decena, and Ivy Peacita.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our athletes and contribute to a safer and healthier environment for everyone. As Red Cross Youth members, we continue to uphold the values of service, preparedness, teamwork, and compassion. โค๏ธโ›‘๏ธ

The hands-on practice on the different types of bandaging continues as the Senior Red Cross Youth of Bato National High School remains committed to strengthening their knowledge and practical first aid skills.

Through continuous demonstrations and partner exercises, our volunteers practiced the proper application of various bandaging techniques for different injuries. This activity not only improved their confidence and accuracy but also emphasized the importance of teamwork, patience, and quick decision-making during emergency situations.

Every training session is an opportunity to learn, improve, and prepare ourselves to respond effectively when someone is in need. As we continue to sharpen our skills, we also strengthen our commitment to the Red Cross principles of humanity, voluntary service, and preparedness.

Together, we continue to learn today so we can confidently serve tomorrow.

โ€ŽOur dedicated SRCY Adviser, Ma'am Lalaine Aceras, conducted an informative demonstration on the different types of bandaging to assess and strengthen the knowledge and skills of our volunteers. Through this activity, members were able to apply proper bandaging techniques and gain confidence in responding to emergency situations.

โ€ŽWith the assistance of our SRCY President, Jcloud Maquiran, and Vice President for Internal Affairs, Princess Liana G. Mercado, and Sarah Bato-on for External Affairs, the demonstration was successfully carried out, ensuring that every participant had the opportunity to learn and practice correctly.

๐Ÿš‘ Training Begins, Preparedness Continues!โค๏ธ

The Senior Red Cross Youth (SRCY) of Bato National High School has officially started its intensive training on bandaging, to be followed by splinting and proper carrying techniques, as part of its preparation for the upcoming School-Based Search and Rescue/First Aid/(Earthquake Drill)Activity.

Through continuous learning and hands-on practice, our volunteers are strengthening their skills to become more capable, confident, and ready to respond whenever emergencies arise. Every bandage applied, every splint secured, and every rescue technique mastered brings us one step closer to becoming effective lifesavers in our school and community.

Together, we train with purpose, serve with compassion, and lead with courage.
