PUBLIC ADVISORY: To our dear clients, please be advised that our administrative operations on all campuses will be limited on June 25-27, 2025 due to our personnel being offsite for the Administrative Staff Midyear Evaluation.

The following frontline offices will have suspended operations for this duration: Procurement Office, Information Unit and the Registrar’s Office (Escalante Campus).

The following offices will continue limited services in the Main Campus: Cashier’s Office, HRMO, Budget Office, Accounting Office and Registrar’s Office (Main and Old Sagay Campuses).

We will resume full operations on June 30, 2025. Thank you very much.

TO THE PUBLIC: Please be advised of unidentified entities contacting our suppliers and asking for monetary compensation.

We have received reports of individuals fraudulently contacting our suppliers while impersonating the University President, falsely claiming that monetary compensation is required to expedite payments for goods and services.

Please be advised that the Office of the University President does not engage in such solicitations or interventions. The university strictly upholds the provisions of Republic Act No. 9184, also known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and Republic Act No. 12009, known as the New Government Procurement Act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and does not, under any circumstances, request compensation or any form of payment to bypass the legally mandated procurement process.

If you encounter such fraudulent claims, please report them immediately to our Procurement Office for verification and appropriate action.
