✅ If you believe you should be included but your name does not appear on the list, please inform the TUPV Sagay Admin Office immediately.
✅ If your name is on the official list, you are cleared to proceed with the online enlistment, which will be facilitated by your respective academic department.
✅ If your first name, middle name, or last name is misspelled, kindly send us a message through our official page immediately so we can make the necessary corrections.
✅ If you have incomplete or pending admission requirements, please contact us through our official page or visit the TUPV Sagay Admin Office. Your name cannot be endorsed for online enlistment until your admission requirements and status have been verified.

What's Next?
1. Wait for the Online Enlistment.
Your assigned Program Evaluator will facilitate your online enlistment. There is no need to visit the TUPV Sagay Campus, as the enlistment process will be handled by your respective evaluator.
2. Update Your Contact Information.

Congratulations to the Additional Qualifiers for the Bachelor of Engineering Technology (BET) Program – Batch 6!

You may now proceed with the submission of your complete enrollment and medical requirements. Upon submission of the required documents, you are assured of a slot in your indicated program of study.

📌 Deadline: On or before July 9, 2026

PROCESS:

Step 1: If your name is on the list, proceed with the processing of your enrollment and medical requirements. (All submissions must be done in person.)

Step 2: Submit your complete enrollment requirements to the TUPV Sagay Admin Office.
Note: Incomplete documents will not be accepted and will not be endorsed for enrollment.

Step 3: Submit your complete medical requirements to the TUPV Sagay Clinic. If you have concerns regarding the medical requirements, you may message our medical doctor through the official page of TUP Visayas University Clinic

Submit photocopies only of your laboratory test results and medical certificate.

Step 4: Wait for further announcements regarding enlistment or online enrollment.

Please note that the interview accounts for thirty percent (30%) of your total admission score. Failure to attend the interview will result in the forfeiture of your slot.
