SJPSLSI EARLY ENROLLMENT FOR INCOMING KINDERGARTEN AND GRADES 1 TO 6 for the School Year 2022- 2023 is still on going.
Procedure:
Step 1: Fill out the forms from the School’s office.
Step 2: Present and submit the forms and documents at the registrar’s office.
Step 3: Pay the enrollment fee at the cashier.
Please bring your own BALLPEN.

Requirements:
📌Kindergarten
✔️Photocopy of the PSA birth certificate.

📌Grade 1 to 6
📌New student
✔️Photocopy of the PSA birth certificate
✔️Photocopy of the report card/ ECCD Checklist and permanent record from the previous school.
📌Old student
✔️Report card
