ROMEO V. AGUSTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

As of June 15, 2026, the 2nd Quarter MOOE of Romeo V. Agustin Elementary School has a total allocation of ₱217,755.00, which was fully utilized with an actual expenditure of ₱217,755.00, resulting in a 100% financial accomplishment.
Funds were used for essential school operations such as supplies, maintenance, training, utilities, and other support services, ensuring effective delivery of school needs.

Some budget items were adjusted based on actual operational requirements, reflecting responsive and efficient fund management.

The school expresses its sincere gratitude to our BAC Members and to our Administrative Assistant III, Ma’am Weenavy Bedayos, for her guidance and support in the proper monitoring and reporting of financial transactions.

The First Parents’ Orientation 2026 of Romeo V. Agustin Elementary School was successfully conducted as part of the school’s preparation for School Year 2026–2027. The activity was led by our School Head, Sir Alquiver Tapia, who presented important updates and reminders to strengthen the partnership between the school, parents, and guardians.

During the orientation, Sir Alquiver discussed the updates on the three terms, grading system, assessment, awards and recognition, Child Protection Policy, Anti-Bullying Policy, use of cellphones and gadgets, proper use of AI, school rules and regulations, and the important roles and responsibilities of parents and guardians in supporting the learners’ education. He also presented the involvement and functions of the PTA and SGC officers in helping the school implement programs, projects, and activities for the welfare of every learner.

The School Head also expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the successful implementation of the school’s programs, projects, and activities during School Year 2025–2026. He acknowledged the support, cooperation, and commitment of the teachers, parents, guardians, stakeholders, and the entire school community. In addition, he shared the planned PPAs for School Year 2026–2027, which aim to continue improving instruction, learner support, school safety, community involvement, and the overall development of every Agustinianon learner.

This orientation served as an avenue to build understanding, cooperation, and shared responsibility between the school and the home.

Through the active support of our parents, guardians, teachers, PTA, SGC, and stakeholders, we continue to create a safe, caring, disciplined, and learner-centered environment for all Agustinianon learners.
