Eusebio Lopez Memorial Integrated School is now accepting applicants for Incoming Learners in Special Science Elementary Schools (SSES) and Science, Technology, Engineering (STE) Programs for School Year 2025-2026

Qualifying Admission Requirements for incoming Grade 1 Special Science Elementary Schools (SSES) and Grade 7 Science Technology, Engineering Programs (STE) for School Year 2025-2026.
Special Science Elementary Schools (SSES)

For SSES
Eligibility Standards:
1. Children who have completed Kindergarten Programs in DepEd Accredited Schools and Centers
2. Must pass the reading and admission test for SSES

Documentary Requirements
1. Duly Accomplished Application Form with 1x1 ID Picture
2. Accomplished ECCD Checklist (Certified Machine Copy)
3. Kindergarten Progress Report (Certified Machine Copy)
4. PSA Birth Certificate (Certified Photocopy)
5. Medical Certificate

For STE:
1. Must be a Grade 6 Graduate
2. Learner must obtain an average rating of at least 85% in Grade 6 English, Science, and Mathematics (from First to Third Quarters)

Documentary Requirements:
1. Duly Accomplished Application Form with 1x1 ID Picture
2. School Form 9 - Report Card (Certified Machine Copy)
3. PSA Birth Certificate (Certified Photocopy)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Medical Certificate

Selection of Grade 1 SSES and Grade 7 STE shall be done in three (3) phases to determine the final qualifiers:
