Please bring and submit your School Form 9 (Report Card) and PSA Birth Certificate upon enrollment. Kindly proceed to the school registrar for your transaction.

Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 18, s. 2026, and in support of the Department’s energy conservation efforts, all school-based personnel shall observe a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement every Friday during the End-of-School-Year Break from April 10 to June 5, 2026.
