Please be guided by the following arrangements for September 28, 2026, in observance of Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 136.

The First Term Examination will be held on September 3–4, 2026.

Students are advised to check the attached photos for their examination schedules. Please take note of the date, time, and room, and prepare accordingly.

• Organize your materials
• Get enough rest so you can face your exams with confidence

CLASS SUSPENSION & ASYNCHRONOUS LEARNING

In compliance with Executive Order No. 45, Series of 2026, issued by the Provincial Government of Mountain Province, classes in all levels (public and private) and work in government offices are suspended on Monday, August 10, 2026, due to the continuous effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and unsafe road conditions across the province.

In view of this, Saint Mary's School of Sagada, Incorporated will implement Asynchronous Learning for all students. Learners are advised to remain at home and accomplish the learning tasks, modules, and activities provided by their respective teachers through the school's designated learning platforms or communication channels.

Further announcements regarding the resumption of classes will be released through the school's official communication channels.

📢 FREE MEDICAL MISSION AT SAINT MARY’S SCHOOL OF SAGADA! 🏥

We are proud to announce that Saint Mary’s School of Sagada, in partnership with Remote Area Medical (RAM) Philippines, will be hosting a comprehensive Free Medical Mission right here on our school campus!

🗓 When: Friday, June 19, 2026 📍 Where: SMSI School Campus
A dedicated team of volunteer medical specialists and healthcare professionals will be on-site to provide the following services completely free of charge:
🔹 Adult Medicine: General health consultations, check-ups, and ECG.
🔹 Pediatrics: Health checks and medical assessments for children.
🔹 Dental Work: Professional tooth extractions and oral care.
🔹 Physical Therapy: Rehabilitation assessments and treatment. 💊 Prescribed medicines will also be provided for free.

Who can attend? This mission is open to all SMSI students, employees, their families, and the larger Sagada community—especially those who currently lack access to medical care.
