The Supreme Student Government held its 3rd Regular Meeting, officially called to order at 5:10 PM. The council engaged in comprehensive discussions regarding ongoing programs and administrative protocols.

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝:
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬: Updates on active projects and operational milestones.
𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲: Structuring of duty rosters and responsibilities.
𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐏𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬: The proposed guidelines did not pass, as no motion for approval was raised by the council during deliberations.
𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐊𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍: Strategic coordination and planning for the upcoming initiative.

📢 GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2026

The Supreme Student Government (SSG) invites all concerned students and class officers to participate in the upcoming General Assembly, which will officially begin at 8:00 AM.

📅 Date: September 3, 2026
⏰ Attendance: 7:00–7:30 AM
⏰ Program Proper: 8:00 AM
📍 Venue: Ramon Magsaysay Gymnasium

ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES

• 1st Year and 2nd Year Students Required to attend in person.

• Class Officers from 1st Year to 4th Year Required to attend the General Assembly.

• 3rd Year and 4th Year Students Will participate online through the live broadcast from the Gymnasium.

All concerned students are expected to register their attendance within the designated time and observe proper decorum throughout the assembly.

Your punctuality, cooperation, and active participation are highly encouraged as we come together for this important school activity.

𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗘 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦

To the Student Body of Occidental Mindoro State University - Sablayan Campus:

In pursuit of a more responsive and decentralized student government, the Local Executive Council (LEC) formally announces the opening of applications for our ten (10) Executive Committees for the current academic year.

Anchored on the SSG Constitution and the newly passed Resolution No. 8, Series of 2026, these committees are tasked with executing our core mandates, from safeguarding quality education and student rights to ensuring campus-wide gender equality and transparent financial governance.

𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗧𝗛 𝗢𝗡 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗘𝗟𝗦: 𝗦𝗦𝗚 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 "𝗟𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗪 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗞𝗘" 🥣🛵

In response to the recent inclement weather, the Supreme Student Government (SSG) rolled out "Lugaw on Trike," a community care initiative aimed at bringing comfort to our fellow students and community members.

Armed with warm bowls of lugaw and sandwiches, the SSG roamed around the boarding house areas and vicinity of the OMSU Sablayan Campus to distribute free meals to students, local residents, and workers. A small gesture to keep everyone warm, nourished, and safe during rainy days.

A special and heartfelt thank you to the OMSU Sablayan Triskelion, headed by GT Jayvee Dangeros Pascasio, for their valuable support and partnership in making this initiative a success.
