WHERE: At Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) SABLAYAN CAMPUS GYMNASIUM

NOTES:

📍Tuck-in before entering the Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) Sablayan Campus

📍Observe proper bearing.

📍All men must have a proper haircut.

📍All women must wear a hairnet or at least fix their hair if it is short.

📍Remove all your accessories (Earing for men, necklace, bracelet, watch, etc.)

📍We will not entertain those who are not in proper bearing.

Kindly consider the following reminders:

• Do not forget to submit the 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on your Student Portal and wait for the email.

• Please, make sure that you have uploaded the medical requirements to the online portal and received an appointment email from the Medical Unit before visiting their office.

• If you experience any difficulties with the online enrolment process, please visit the Registrar’s Office at your respective campus for assistance.
