Announcement of Vacancy
The Capiz State University is looking for a qualified Project Development Officer II (ABI Manager) to be
assigned under the project, DA-BAR-CAPSU Agribusiness Incubator.
Status of Employment: Contractual (6 months)
Position: Project Development Officer II
Salary: 40,290.00/month

Minimum qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business or other related/allied course
 Holder of Master’s Degree is an advantage
 Strong background in project management and technical writing
 Knowledge or experience working in technology transfer and commercialization is preferred
 Willing to be assigned at CAPSU Burias Campus
Duties and responsibilities:
 Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Incubator including the implementation of policies
governing its operations.
 Lead the establishment and management of start-up companies for the hub
 Organize and lead the implementation of start-up events
 Facilitate the formation of start-ups to a full grown business entity
 Develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all business, marketing and communication campaign
activities
 Lead the innovation thinking of commercialization strategies for technologies out of R&D
