Manuelians Begin the Week with Leadership, Discipline, and a Commitment to Do Good
ASTORGA, DUMARAO, CAPIZ โ Manuel F. Onato National High School welcomed another meaningful Monday as the school community gathered for its regular Flag Raising Ceremony, led by Grade 10 โ Diamond under the supervision of Maโam Grace Dela Cruz.
For this week, Dr. Rhonalyn Guillermo-Fuentes served as the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in behalf of Dr. Micle Haguisan, Principal III. Her presence highlighted the importance of continuity in leadership and service within the Manuelian community.
As part of the morning program, Sir Jose Marcelo Bartonico, Head Teacher I, introduced and reminded the learners of important DepEd rules and policies, emphasizing the responsibility of every student to observe discipline, respect, and proper conduct inside and outside the school.
The ceremony also featured the presentation of the newly organized Girl Scouts of the Philippines (GSP) officers and members, led by Maโam Lizalyn Francisco. The introduction formally welcomed the new set of student leaders who will help promote leadership, service, discipline, and responsible citizenship among their fellow learners.
In her message, Dr. Fuentes encouraged the Manuelians to begin each day by doing good, reminding everyone that meaningful change can start with simple actions.
ยซโStart small. Start your day doing good things with simple acts.โยป
Her message served as a gentle reminder that kindness, respect, responsibility, and service do not always require grand gestures. Even the smallest good deed can create a positive impact on another person's day.
As another school week begins, Manuelians are once again reminded to carry with them the values of discipline, leadership, service, and kindness values that help build not only successful learners but also responsible and compassionate members of society.

MANUELIANS MONTHLY MASS & FELLOWSHIP ๐
In Photos | Manuelians Monthly Mass and Fellowship
Today, the Manuelian community gathered for another meaningful Monthly Mass and Fellowship, strengthening our faith and drawing closer to God.
As a school community, we believe that knowing and experiencing Godโs goodness should not be limited to the church. His love, wisdom, and guidance should be reflected in our daily lives and within our school community.
For our ecumenical fellowship, Maโam Lemer Rose Aborde shared a meaningful devotional message, warmly welcomed by Dr. Mergie Castaรฑaday. For our Catholic community, Rev. Father Estrillan delivered the spiritual message during the Holy Mass.
This monthly gathering serves as a reminder that despite our different Christian traditions, we can come together in faith, love, respect, and fellowship as one Manuelian family.
Heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated and helped make this spiritual gathering meaningful.
Under the leadership of our beloved Principal III, Dr. Micle Haguisan, Manuel F. Onato National High School continues to nurture not only the minds of our learners but also their faith, character, and values.
To God be all the glory!
