With great pride and honor, we proudly introduce our Guest Speaker for Papuri 2026: Student Internship Recognition Ceremony, Mr. Jose Richard C. Lachica.

A proud alumnus of Filamer Christian University, Inc. – College of Teacher Education, Sir Richard has become an inspiration through his dedication and leadership in the field of education. He formerly served as Principal III of President Manuel Roxas Memorial Integrated School – SOUTH and currently serves as Public Schools District Supervisor, while also being the Officer-In-Charge of PMRMIS-SOUTH.

As he returns to his beloved alma mater, he will share his inspiring words, meaningful experiences, and valuable insights with our future educators and student interns. His remarkable journey from being a student of this institution to becoming a respected educational leader will surely encourage and motivate everyone to pursue excellence, leadership, and genuine service in the teaching profession.

The Papuri 2026: Student Internship Recognition Ceremony will be held on May 18, 2026, at 7:30 in the morning at FCU Roblee Hall.
