Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion officially concluded the three-day MARINA Monitoring conducted from May 18โ20, 2026, reaffirming the institutionโs commitment to quality maritime education and compliance with maritime standards.
The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Monitoring Team was represented by C/E Jonathan A. Seguritan, Ms. Ejean Pearl E. Bernardino, and Ms. Jelica Aubrey Tuliao.
Representing CPC during the monitoring were Vice Rector Rev. Fr. Michael Vasquez, HRDO Director Rev. Fr. John Paul M. Escalada, Dean of the College of Maritime Education 2/M Ramon Martirez, Ph.D.-M.E., together with the faculty and staff of the College of Maritime Education.
CPC extends its gratitude to the MARINA Monitoring Team for their guidance and support in strengthening maritime education and excellence.

The Basic Education Department of Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion successfully conducted its Team Building Activity last May 14-15, 2026 at Damires Hills Resort, bringing together administrators, faculty, and staff for a day dedicated to camaraderie, collaboration, and renewal.
Present during the activity were School Rector Very Rev. Fr. Freddie Billanes, HRDO Director Rev. Fr. John Paul Escalada, and Administrative Director Rev. Fr. Ryan Barrios, together with all faculty and staff of the Basic Education Unit.
The team building activity aimed to strengthen teamwork, improve communication, and foster stronger relationships among educators and personnel in line with the institutionโs commitment to excellence and holistic development. Through various interactive games, group challenges, and recreational activities, participants were encouraged to work together, build trust, and promote unity within the department.
The event also provided an opportunity for faculty and staff to relax and recharge after months of dedicated service to the institution and its learners. The refreshing atmosphere of Damires served as an ideal venue for meaningful interaction, reflection, and shared experiences among colleagues.
Administrators emphasized the value of teamwork and cooperation in creating a nurturing and productive educational environment. The successful conduct of the activity reflected the strong sense of unity and community that continues to define the Basic Education Department of CPC.
As Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion continues to uphold its mission of academic excellence and values formation, activities such as this reaffirm the institutionโs dedication to the professional growth, wellness, and solidarity of its educators and personnel.
