The Basic Education Department of Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion (CPC-BED) conducted a two-day In-Service Training (INSET) on September 7–8, 2026, at the Sala de Immaculada, bringing together faculty members for professional learning, collaboration, and skills enhancement.

The training opened on September 7 with an invocation, Lupang Hinirang, the CPC Hymn, and welcome remarks from Dr. Elnora A. Barrios, Director for Academics. The first day featured instructional sessions on Refreshing Minds: Reframing Learning Experience, assessment, and Mathematics, led by resource persons from the Division of Capiz and Roxas City Division.

Faculty members also participated in β€œWhat’s New? School Forms,” covering updates for elementary, junior high school, and senior high school forms, followed by an Interactive Workshop designed to translate key learning into practical classroom applications.

The second day, September 8, focused on a Grading System Update, an interactive workshop, and other activities aimed at strengthening teachers’ understanding of current academic practices. The training concluded with Awards and Recognition, Clearing House, and Valedictory activities.

With the theme β€œThree Triangles. Endless Possibilities,” the two-day INSET underscored CPC-BEU’s commitment to continuous professional development and the pursuit of quality, innovative, and learner-centered education.

Through continuous learning, CPC-BEU continues to empower its educatorsβ€”because better teachers build better learners and brighter possibilities.
