Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion proudly congratulates our student-athletes for their outstanding performances in the 2nd MILO Inter-School Short Course Swimming Championships 2026, organized by the Bert Lozada Swim School in collaboration with Swim Philippines.
Congratulations to Rajon Lorcan Celoso, Zyra Begalan, Danyella Erriel Tupaz, Jhian Bocala, Gems Bernard Aguilar, and Edric Gainell Manliego for showcasing excellence, discipline, determination, and sportsmanship in the pool!
Special congratulations to Gems Bernard Aguilar for securing 2nd Place in the 100M Freestyle, 50M Freestyle, and 50M Butterfly, and 3rd Place in the 50M Backstroke; and to Rajon Lorcan Celoso for earning 3rd Place in the 50M Backstroke.
Now in its second season, the MILO Inter-School Short Course Swimming Championships brings together student-athletes from public and private schools across the country, providing a platform that goes beyond competition by developing confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, and character both in and out of the pool.
Your achievements are a testament to the dedication and perseverance of our young athletes. Keep swimming, keep striving, and keep making waves!

The Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion (CPC) Higher Education Unit (HEU) formally opened the new academic year today, August 12, 2026, through the Misa y Asamblea General de Apertura held at the Archdiocesan Shrine and Metropolitan Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
Gathered in prayer and communion, the CPC Academic Community reflected on the theme βUnited in Faith. Strong in Hope.β The celebration also featured the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the new members of the CPC Academic Community, marking their formal commitment to the institution and its mission.
His Excellency, Most Rev. Victor B. Bendico, D.D., Archbishop of Capiz and President of the CPC Board of Trustees, served as the Main Celebrant and Preacher.
The gathering officially welcomed the new academic year with renewed faith, hope, and commitment to excellence and service.

Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion (CPC), through its College of Arts, Sciences, and Education, hosted a Visiting Fellowship and Workshop on Inclusive Education on Monday afternoon at the Dr. Adolfo B. Bellosillo Auditorium.
The activity featured Dr. Lorenzo Ciletti, a lecturer and university president from Indonesia and a visiting fellow of the University of Southampton, United Kingdom, who led a meaningful discussion on Inclusive Education.
The fellowship and workshop provided CPC educators and participants with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of inclusive educational practices and strengthen their commitment to creating learning environments that recognize and respond to the diverse needs of learners.
The activity underscored CPCβs continuing commitment to quality, accessible, and inclusive education through academic collaboration and international exchange.
